How To Find Us
Please find some helpful directions to help you find Brixham and the Sunnybrook Guest House. At the botom of the page their are some links to route planners which you may find helpful.
Travelling by Train
The nearest Train Station is in Paignton. Across the road from the Train Station is the Bus Station. Get the No. 12 for Brixham. Ask for the first stop in New Road (or press the bell as you pass the traffic lights on the approach to Brixham). On leaving the bus, walk a few yards toward the town centre and 'Sunnybrook Guest House' can be found on the right hand side of the road.
Travelling From M5 Southbound
Follow the M5 towards Newton Abbot, taking the A380 to
Torquay past Newton Abbott. Stay on the A380 to Paignton
then take the A3022 following the signs to Brixham.
Travelling From Plymouth
Leave the A38 taking the A385 to Totnes, drive through
Totnes towards Paignton. At the Collaton St Mary crossroads
turn right onto the A3022 and follow the signs to Brixham.
As You Approach Brixham
At the traffic lights the road forks, take the left fork signed
Town Centre (the light is always green) and you will be on
New Road.
We are just a couple of hundred yards down the road, the
eighth house on the right, the last one before the turning
for Beverley Rise. Look for the yellow awnings.
