Please note, we are strictly a NON SMOKING bed and breakfast guest house.
Sunnybrook has five guest rooms available. One of the ground floor rooms has been designed to assist guests with limited mobility and has a level floor en-suite shower room. Please enquire for further details of its suitability. All rooms have Tea & Coffee making facilities an Alarm/Clock Radio and Colour Television. Chilled water is usually available throughout the day.
All shower rooms have a shower, wash basin, toilet and some essential toiletries are provided. Appropriate bedding is provided in all rooms.
The breakfast room is on the ground floor and has an adjoing conservatory with additional seating. Fairtrade products and local produce are served whenever possible. Breakfast is normally served between 08:30 and 09:00. If you would like an earlier time please ask in advance, please note that during some busy periods breakfast times may be staggered to improve our service to you.
A choice of breakfast is available including cereals, fruit and the recommended Full English. If you do have any specific dietary requirements or concerns please let us know.
Ample car parking is located at the front of the house with spaces provided for all guests. The car park is level with a slight slope towards to front of the property.
